Fast and uncomplicated solution
A clean and uncomplicated solution for securing your boat cover. For electro boats we recommend to use cellpack on top.
That's how it's done
- Put the lid on your boat hull
- At regular interval drill the desired number of holes into your hatch which shall be suitable for used screws later on
- Therefore for this purpose, a 3mm drill is suitable
- Then drill a 5.9mm hole in the laminate of your hull. Wet the aluminum sleeve with Loctite or polymer glue and then press it into the hole
- Let dry
- You may use M4 screws of your choice now to secure the hatch to the boat hull directly.
