Rough water? - No problem!
Our semi-scale Chaparral was based on the APBA racing boats from the USA and our Cayman. The Chaparral convinces as a sleek and balanced racing boat for very rough water and is equally suitable for beginners and professionals. Like all our hulls, the chaparral is hand-laminated and then tempered in an autoclave to achieve high strength.
That fits
The swift monoboot can be set up as an electric powerboat with Scorpion 5035 (10S) and 3-4 blade propellers with 58-64mm diameter, pitch 1.4 - 1.6 as well as a gasoline boat with engines between 26-32ccm and 68-75mm propellers, pitch 1.4-1.5. Morer matching accessories can be found below in the section "That fits".
Good to know!
The center of gravity of the Chaparral is 25-30% seen from the transom.
The little difference
In general, all of our hulls are manufactured using the sandwich "wet in wet" process (1 layer of 100er GFK + 1 layer of 160er GFK + 1 layer of 100er GFK). In this way, the upper and lower part connect optimally and, unlike in vacuum process, there is no weak point on the seam edge of the boat.

What distance is required if 2 drives are used?
The distance should be 80-84mm. If larger distances are used, one propeller would always be above the water in curves. This would cause unstable driving.
