Often copied, never reached!
The scale GFK replica of the Cobra round nose racing boat of the 70s, by Georgo Merlotti, is the right round nose for top speeds. Cornering is also not a problem with a fin and well-tuned setup. The Cobra shovelnose is best designed for smooth, but also slightly rough water.

That fits!
We recommend the construction with strut and rudder. Matching engines offer the Scorpion 5035 with up to 12S and 26ccm petrol engines.

Good to know
The center of gravity for assembly is 3cm behind the trailing edge of the float.

The little difference
In general, all of our hulls are manufactured using the sandwich "wet in wet" process (1 layer of 100er GFK + 1 layer of 160er GFK +  1 layer of 100er GFK). In this way, the upper and lower part connect optimally and, unlike in vacuum process, there is no weak point on the seam edge of the boat
