Motor mount | MHZ - Scorpion 7455-320 KV

High performance needs a firm hold
This engine mount was made to fit our MHZ-Scorpion 7455-320KV engine, made of 11mm thick 7075 aluminum. Due to the high performance and the associated weight of this external rotor motor, we opted for a double mount. The rear plate of the engine mount has an integrated 12x28 -2RS ball bearing, which does not need to be greased and ensures that there will be no radial forces to the engine. Thus, the life of the integrated ball bearings in the engine is significantly increased, the motor shaft runs smoothly. The front engine mount does not require an extra ball bearing as this is already integrated in the front axle of the engine.

Good to know!
In the feet of the motor holder are 8mm long, oval cutouts for mounting on 3mm aluminum plates or 5mm carbon. For installation, we recommend placing the motor mounts with the motor on the mounting piece and marking the holes with a marker. The screws and washers needed to mount the motor are included. We recommend only the use of these to prevent possible damage to the engine.
