Because sometimes things dont go according to plan
Too close to the shore and your Jet picked up stones or similar and damaged the impeller? No reason to worry. You find a replacement stator, made of aluminium 7075, for your Jet 52 here.
Your Jet is back on the water within 6 steps
- Unscrew the screws on the side of the nozzle
- Take the complete nozzle off the jet
- Loosen the grub screws on the side that hold the stator in the nozzle
- Swap the stator
- Fix this with the grub screws
- Reassemble the nozzle with stator onto the jet

That's how it's doneThe vector control of the Jet 52 | Jet 48 is removedThe reversing flap is mounted with two angles and two M4 screws to the Jet surroundingFor driving, 2.5-3mm spokes (for example bicycle spokes) and either two servos with 3-5 Kg or 1x 10Kg are neededUsing the reversing unit eliminates the vector control. The water jet can therefore be steered left and right, but not up and downGood to know!The reversing flap should not be activated while driving as otherwise it may be torn off.
